The product is forged by tempering 42CrMo alloy steel, combined with more than 20 processes such as raceway quenching and precision grinding, which improves the fatigue life of the bearing by more than 30% and reduces the noise to less than 55 decibels, which reaches the international leading level.

This CT machine bearing has been experimentally proven to be able to withstand a radial load of 3,000 kg and a tilting moment of 10,000 Newton meters

The bearing meets a nominal operating life of 69,000 hours (at 30 rpm)

We also tested the starting torque (friction torque) at a radial load of 550 kg with axial/radial clearance.
